The Texas Department of Insurance states that a company selling, installing, maintaining, servicing, or certifying underground water supply piping for fire-protection sprinkler systems must hold a Sprinkler Certificate of Registration–Underground. H2O's registration is SCR-U-3496702.

An SCR-U registration does not replace engineering, fire-sprinkler design, civil design, permitting, utility coordination, or authority approval where those are required. H2O identifies those boundaries early and coordinates with the appropriate qualified parties instead of burying an unresolved assumption.
