The work

From slow drain to sewer main.

Cleared mechanically — no caustic chemicals that eat your pipes and leave the blockage in place.

01 Kitchen & bath drains Slow sinks, standing tubs, grease and hair clogs — cleared at the blockage, not just poked through.
02 Toilet & fixture clogs Recurring toilet backups usually mean something further down the line — we check before we leave.
03 Main sewer line Multiple slow fixtures or sewage at the lowest drain — the main line is blocked. Cleared and inspected.
04 Camera inspection See exactly what's in the line — roots, bellies, scale, breaks — before deciding what to do about it.
05 Repair the cause Root intrusion, bellied or broken lines, bad slope — repaired under the same master's license. Leak & line diagnosis →
02 · The repeat offender

A clog that comes back isn't a clog.

It's a symptom — roots in the line, a bellied section holding water, scale narrowing the pipe, or a slope that never drained right. Snaking it buys you a few months. We camera the line, show you the footage, and fix what's actually wrong.

Book a camera inspection
Root intrusion

Tree roots find the joints in older lines and grow into the flow. Common across Austin's established neighborhoods.

Bellied line

Central Texas clay soil shifts — a sagging section holds water and waste, and clogs on repeat.

Scale & buildup

Hard water narrows the pipe from the inside — the drain works, then suddenly doesn't.

Broken pipe

A cracked or collapsed section catches everything. Camera footage tells you before you dig.

+How much does drain cleaning cost?

The standard service call is $175. Main line work, camera inspection, and recurring-clog diagnosis are quoted by scope — call and we'll give you a straight number before anyone rolls a truck.

+Why does my drain keep clogging?

Repeat clogs almost always have an underlying cause — roots, a bellied section, scale, or bad slope. A camera inspection finds it in one visit instead of snaking the same clog every few months.

+Is chemical drain cleaner safe?

We don't recommend it. Caustic cleaners damage pipes, rarely clear the whole blockage, and make the line hazardous for the next person to work on it. Mechanical clearing actually removes the clog.

+Do you clear main sewer lines?

Yes — main line blockages, multiple slow fixtures, sewage at the lowest drain. We clear the line, then camera it so you know what caused the backup and whether it'll happen again.
